Once across the Pyrenees on all the spectacular passes of the Tour de France

A great adventure awaits you "From the Mediterranean to the Atlantic Ocean", a road bike tour

with many legs of the Tour de France and original stages of the tour.

Amazing passes, low traffic, stunning scenery and French culture as well as the flair and excitement of the Tour de France. For every ambitious racing cyclist an absolute highlight! We recommend traveling by plane to Toulouse or the option of traveling by bus from Garmisch three days earlier and climbing the legendary Mont Ventoux. Please note that you have the option to travel by bus from Munich - Swizzerland and ride the Mont Ventoux. Day 1: Arrive by plane to Toulouse and pick up at the hotel in Prades Day 2: Col de Jau, Port de Pahieres 95 km - 2840 ascent Day 3: Port de Lers, Col d´Agnes opt. Col de la Core 115 km - 1810 m ascent / 2480 m ascent Day 4: Portet d´Aspet, Col de Mente, opt. Col Portillon, opt. Superbagneres 65 km - 1520 ascent / 85 km - 2180 ascent / 101 km - 2700 ascent Day 5: Col de Tourmalet opt. Col de Rieux 63 km - 1730 ascent - 86 km - 2730 ascent Day 6: Col de Soulour, Col de Aubisque - Col de Marie Blanque, opt. Bois en Berger 100 km - 2640 ascent opt. 2170 ascent Day 7: Col d´Osquich an den Atlantik 113 km - 1600 ascent Tour report from 2018: As the first pass, we climb the Col de Jau, a fantastically paved small road completely off the beaten track by a magnificent landscape. The Georges de St. Georges gorge invites you to sightseeing before cycling along the Aude river for lunch. Then there is a really great pass, Port de Pahieres, wild Pflerde, super ashalted on only 4 m wide hairpin bends, we go up, nothing off, brake on and in the descent to Ax les Thermes. The next day we go fast downhill to Tarrascon, before we turn off and make us to the Port de Lers, again we reach a lonely plateau, drive a short distance and take the way to the Col d'Agnes, Hammer downhill with beautiful bends the much fun do. In the evening there is super fine French cuisine with George and Elisabeth. Day 3 goes through the Portet d'Aspet and the Col de Mente to St. Beat, where we cross the river Garonne. Bagneres de Luchon is our stage destination and was also in the Tour de France destination last year. Depending on your desire, there is the possibility to climb the Col de Portillon where the Spanish border runs at the top of the pass, or Superbagneres, as the name implies, great! Fantastic views reward us. Now we are really at the absolute highlights of the Tour de France passes, we screw up and the Col Peyresourde and turn into a last year paved road that leads us to the airfield of a James Bond sequence. Part of the group drives the pass to Arreau, with me come the "insatiable" and we can make 600 extra meters to the Col de Louron Val Azet, the landscape is a dream! Pass the hammer and everywhere Tour de France symbols in the form of old suspended racing wheels and funny decorations. Next go up the Col Aspin, a real bad weather awaits us, the first group goes through well and Jesper our driver picks us up at the top, great service because we were due to a defect later. Sodale, Col Tourmalet, highlight comes the next day, first rainy, then ripens and just in time we have views of the mega landscape and the absolute dream pass in the downhill. But my personal highlight comes only the next day, Col Solour and Aubisque, very beautiful driveway but unfortunately the Col de Soulour is still in the fog, but ripens at the Aubisque on "big cinema"! Super great descent on a wide clear road, little traffic, as always, and beautiful Traverse to Montory. The last day, although only 1400 hm queuing the 109 km are not easy, this route has caused me the most headache, target was to arrive at the Atlantic, there was now a highway that I did not want to use and so I found again completely quiet small roads, track on the circuit of the time trial of the Tour de France and through a gorge. Was mega, has fallen and for me biggest reward. We jump into the Atlantic and are absolutely happy to have made this sensational crossing of the Pyrenees. Impressions
